FitZoners caught in the act...
It's nice to see Christine again...
With the times Rocky has been throwing down - dude BELONGS behind bars.
How to know if you are doing your wall-balls right? Is there daylight between your feet and the floor? Tara demos perfect form.
Denise demos her trademark DK burpee. DK = donkey kick!
Jamie gets close with her barbell - according to the bridge of her nose, a little too close.
More to come later this week.

Thoughts:
I thought that was hard but I really liked the workout.
Did it seem to anyone else that Meg was counting faster on reps 15-20 than she was on 1-5? That was probaby a good thing though, especially on the OH press and triceps french press.
I wonder about doing the oh situps last in the sequence. I was worried I was going to drop the weight on my head.
It's a good thing that I'm not at dentist or surgeon or something like that, I don't think my hands will be very steady today. My arms are pretty shaky.
I didn't post yesterday but I was finally able to get one double under. In fact, I got two in a row a few times.

I attempted to do this workout with 30 lb db (only because they were the smallest ones left) and couldn't Rx it but the shaky achy arm feel sure made me feel like I got a good work out! Gracias!

That was a fun workout...even running in the pouring rain wasn't too bad.

Lazy as ever today!
Troy, nice excuse (back/shoulder pain) but we all know you are just using any excuse to sleep in.

I have to agree with Brian in thinking I might drop the weight on my head in that last round of sit-ups. Yikes! i was sore before that workout and now I can barely lift my freaking arms!

Not sure how any of us in the noon class got through it. LOOOOOOONG pauses.
Great work all. Thanks for the encouragement.

it has been quite a few hours since the workout and I still can't use my arms!

Alison, I get up at 6 every morning and my gym clothes are out waiting for me (they've been sitting out since Sunday night). After I wake up enough to realize my neck/back are still stiff and sore and it still hurts to move I debate and argue with myself on whether I should go workout or not. I even got dressed once, but didn't come. I'm hoping tomorrow will be the day! :) But then again...maybe I'll sleep in...lol.
