Why is it so tough to start back up after missing a week? 16:16 today. That's actually 4 seconds slower than when we did this in June. I guess I need to kick it up a notch.

did today's workout from home. I know I don't go down all the way on my squats unless Neil is yelling at me.. 12 somthing. 4 minutes faster than June.

I had 100 students do Century- ironic huh? (I sent Neil the pic of the white board) I think 6 of them puked. 6% isn't bad, but I hope to get those numbers up next time.

18:58. First time doing a century. I liked this workout. I need to work on squats still. Getting below 90 degrees is hard for me. But hit butt on ball on all 100. Just wish I could do this quicker. This is a day my long legs get the best of me.
