It's a short one, but there should be tons of this, when done:
I want to thank whoever did this for making it out the door. I would have had to sell the place if you wouldn't have. I have NOT the ability to clean this kind of thing up. :)


I'm with Neil-- and who ever took the time to throw dirt on that has my respect; @ 5:45am, I'm still asleep, some sick inner strength provokes me to hit the fzn prior to a day of work: if I had to see the chunks blown there I probably would have had to contribute. It was close enough anyway!

Did this workout twice. First with 25 lbs. and got 2:45 or something (someone messed with the clock so who knows what it really was). The second time I rx'd the weight and got 2:38. I'm really glad I did it a second time.

Personal Milestones!!! Warm up 1/2 mile, didn't stop running! 500m row, in less than 5:30. Workout itself- 3:52 and rx'ed the kb weight. Still taking supps. Feeling good!

3:15 rx--yes! The 6:30 class was just on fire this morning!
Kitty litter, Neil--absorbs moisture and odor. Mine prefer Jonny Cat but for this purpose I suspect brand does not matter.

Did the workout in 2:16 and it felt great. I want to do this again soon and get under 2:00 min.
I feel bad for Lemon she almost had an angry mob on her hands at the 6:30. Someone messed with the clock. Then again I'm pretty sure Lemon could handle any mob.

That warm-up was great. rx and finished in 2:52. I'm proud of myself for doing every push up chest to deck and so snaking. I never thought I would see the day.

Did it twice. Once with the 35lb (2:40), but I thought I was being wussy so I did it again with the 53lb and I didn't do all the reps... Next time I will just wait for the 53lb:) Thanks!

Had an awesome class at 6:30pm, thanks Megan and Jen! RX+ threw big papa time = 2:10. did the pre workout warm-up also.

Yep I did make my third goal. under 250 for the first time in over 17 years. And yes I did reward myself with a fine fiesta. Now I am back on the train going for my 4th goal. Let you know when I get there.
