135, 145, 165, 175, 185.

80 lbs was my best today.

135,155,165,165, tried 175 4 times and couldn't hang it.

So 8 weeks of zero power lifting and today I knocked 105 3x! I am pumped!
45, 55, 75, 95, 105

I was impressed today by everyones effort. A great morning!

Bonjour from Paris! I think I am now a Fitzoner via Paris style. I have walked and walked and climbed a gazillion stairs...and enjoying crepes with Nutella, plus some bread. Having a great time and will be ready to go 100% and then some when I get back. I trust things are going well there.

5 weeks ago this workout was my second day at the fitzone gym. I don't think I even got 65 pounds above my head. Today was 55,65,65,75,80. It helps to workout with awesome people! Thanks everyone! Especially Amanda!

85-95-105-110 cleaned and was close to locking out but failed - 105 once 95 once than failed last. Knowing we are suppose to fail has pushed me to a new level. That was a tough one. I am still feeing it.

65-95-135-155-165, almost got 175.

55,65,65,75,75,80 that's right I did 6 sets but I had to try for 80 thanks to Teresa and Neil for pushing me!

185 lbs 3x, 185 lbs 3x, 205 lbs 3x, 225 lbs 3x, 230 lbs fail. thanks for the push neil.

45 all rounds. Felt a big difference after getting the correct form. Thanks to Neil. Did whole workout. 6th day. Feel good.

75 lbs.

Started this "fun" stuff 2 1/2 months ago, less 3 weeks of rehab for my back. I am totally addicted now and can actually lift more than a 10 lb bag of sugar. Thank you Liz, Meg and Neil for babystepping me through each day without babying me. Thanks to the 5:45 A.M. group for your support!!! and Thank you Rocky and Kendra for the push to get going and lose my stories. Thank you for encouraging me to go heavier today Liz.
25,35,40,45,40 PB Wahoo!!!!

135, 145, 155, 155-failed on one, 155,155. I think 135 might have been my best c&j before. Thanks Meg for your encouragement.
