15:12. Pretty cold outside this morning. It was refreshing after the first round.

trained w/Neil this morning - back after a couple of weeks of nothing and so very glad to be back! Light workout but will be back into it on Thursday!

16:13. I liked that workout. Short and sweet!

I don't remember my time. Around 17? I did four rounds. It was a great workout.

Did 10 kips in a row! Yah!!! I am slowly getting the swing down. Lungs still burning from workout. I think my time was 14:48 we had to had 40 seconds to our time.

Wow it has been awhile, sickness has been kicking my butt (Matt says it's my story) but I hope I'm back for good now.
19:14 was my time.

18:22 the run almost killed me but I did it!

24:05 over 3 1/2 min faster than last time; did an extra round of bi and tri (tried those at 20 lbs) for fun(?)

15:51 Rx (that's with the 40 sec. added on.) Lungs were burning after, but the biceps and triceps felt fine. Should have gone heavier. Liked this workout!

18:20 I love the feeling of my lungs being on fire!

17:24 that is 1:23 sec faster than last time. Both times did 45lbs biceps and 20lbs triceps. The 20 reps would have been a great option. I will have to try that the next time. Still hate running.

Goal was less than 24 did it in 22:51! Know I've done it before wish I had logged then. Started Burst Cycle with supps. Wish me luck!

Improved time by 1:08, today rx+ and time of 19:12.

16:32, started when Neil reset the clock so I didn't add on 40 sec. Slower than my last time, but I pushed it hard.

Great to be back in the gym after my weekend in CO.

23:40rx+ slower than last time...I am only posting because Neil told me to check my ego at the door:) Thanks Neil! You always have a way of keepin' it real for us. Had to row instead of run, but went with 45/20 on biceps & triceps. Injuries suck!
Day 28 of KB challenge = 5,600 swings. Only 2 more days to go!
