Saturday Surprise

2 rounds for time: 

500 m. row
300 jump rope (or 100 double unders)
50 walking lunge steps
50 sit ups
50 GHD back extensions

first real workout in a couple of weeks - it felt good but I sucked it up for the time - it seems like it took forever! Monday starting back for real....

What the... who thought lunges was a good idea after 500m row and 300 jump ropes? HARD workout, but feeling good.

My 7 year old has wanted to come to the gym for months, I let him come today, he hung in pretty good, 19:50 was our time. Thanks Meg.

Only came twice this week. This was a good workout! The freakin 300 jumpropes killed my time! suck! 18:52 :)

25:11 This is my 9th day. I tried to do a full workout but only ended up doing 150 or more on jump rope and the rest 100%. I was so tired today. I really had to talk myself into going. I am glad I did. I did my best. It's hard to keep track counting.

This was my fourth day in a row (and I haven't done that since the 6 week challenge) so I was very sore today! Wimpy! I don't even remember my time-21:00? But thank you Neil, Lizz and Meg for the encouraging words! (It really helps when you think you really want to die!)

Stunk it up today! 34:51 and yet, I didn't quit. Thanks Meg for the motivation!

Hard. 28:00 minutes. I'm sick of being the last one but what do ya do, I'm trying.
