Hi dee hoe from Washington. Modified the workout for grandchild participation via stroller. 4 miles. 100 kettle bell swings 30 lbs. 50 pullups. Kudos to moms pushing strollers while running. Ouch!

today I did the 5 rounds in 16:26-
then did a couple bonus rounds
Ran 2- Rowed 1- Ran 2- Ran 1- Rowed 1500
Pullups 4 Rounds- Rip... Jumped last 3 rounds
35-35-35-44-44-44-44 KB

18:15 RX plus 35lbs on KB swings. Beat last time by 42 sec. Felt good today, that was a great push from yesterday. My lower back is feeling soar. Hope that is all that is going on.

Well I missed today, which stunk. Sometimes you just can't make it into the gym. Not going to stress or beat myself up about it. Can't wait for tomorrow!
