Tabactive Rest
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds "active rest" of:
:20 squats
:10 hold in the bottom of the squat
:20 situps
:10 6 inches hold
:20 lunge switches
:10 hold in the bottom of the lunge
:20 pushups
:10 bridge
:20 Bulgarian side steps
:10 frog squat hold

70 - Squats (got there late, so only did the last 3 rounds)(Darn..:))
105 - sit ups
138 - lunge switches
80 - push ups
135 - bulgarian side steps
7:15 class is awesome! My quads were on fire before this class, now I don't know when I'll be able to walk normally again.

Forgot to post yesterday so yeah for tabatas! In todays workout I wondered where the rest was. Ouch!! Today I got 425 rounds total. If only I could keep count while my body is screaming. My mind just doesn't work. When I lose count I go back so the good news is I did more! Hope I can walk tomorrow!

I'm with everyone else in hoping I can walk tomorrow. Was still sore from Wednesdays squats. Didn't count reps just happy I made it through workout.

That workout was terrible. Those Bulgarian's could go to hell! Who came up with switch lunges? Those two exercise were awful. I'm glad this week is over. My body is going to take all weekend to recover.

Angie said not to count - so I'll blame her if that is wrong. However, she did the work out twice (I love this girl - she's an animal) and still did it better than me.

What a workout...good one for a friday. My legs couldn't feel them stupid Bulgarian!!! But you want more-you got to give more. oh and nobody die Neil but that said here is a saying from Jillian "I don't care if you die on this floor-you better die looking good!!!

Burn baby burn. Tipsy on the lunge switches, pathetic on the sit ups. Burning on push ups and bulgarian lunges. All I can say is I'm happy to be "playing" and no longer sitting on the side lines. Time will tell.
