Three rounds of: 

1 min Row (count calories)
1 min Wall Ball 10# f/ 14# m (count reps)
1 min Box Jump (count reps)
1 min High Sumo 45# f/ 65# m (count reps)
1 min OH DB press 15# f/ 20# m each hand (count reps)


Rest 1 min between each round.  

The clock does NOT stop between exercises. 

Count total reps - add to total calories and post total to comments.

The most difficult part of this workout is keeping count. I always start over at each exercise and in the end, I don't know what I did.

So sorry about the water mess Neil

312. Only did 10 lbs. on the OH press. Last time was my second day out and only counted 82 for one round. Now getting 100, 105, 107 for each round. Progress!

I lost track as well, but I guestimated around 320.

121, 114, 108. First two rows were on a machine that was not set at 10. Didn't think to check that. Great way to start out the week. Neil good luck with the water. Sorry to see the water all over.

I really like FGB, but today I got KO'd! 169, 133, 118 = 420. I could tast blood for a couple hours after the workout and its been 8 hrs and I can still feel the workout in my chest!

I love starting the week of strong and this workout does the job!! So Neil throws in to RX you need to do 5 rounds after we finishing the 3rd round and of course the "noon crew" was up for the challenge everyone did it with out a "fight" this is why I love the noon crew pushin each other-great job "noon crew"

105 108 99-312 felt like a Monday, and could really tell that the rest time between rounds was reduced from 2 to 1 minute.

222 for today. 1st time I did this workout was my 5th day at fitzone. I did just the bar 25lbs and 10 lbs on OH. Much easier had 255 then. Must push harder next time.

okay wait I added wrong I had 272 for today. Much better. DUH!

What the hell Neil. 5 rounds unreal. Finished and proud of it. 161 148 135 120 129 = 693 The 1 minute rest threw a new twist.

127, 127, 121, 105, 110 don't know if i will ever get 400+ on three rounds. 368 for three, and 583 for 5.

Didn't count at ALL...but did all three rounds. Wish I would've gotten to the 12:00 class on time, and then I would have tried to finish FIVE rounds for an Rx plus! Those nooners rocked it today.

132,137,115,115,105 = 604 That was a &*#% buster! Wow. Meg I dont know if I love you or hate you for making us do 5 rounds. No idea how I did last time, but I think this time must have been better. I could not even do 1 box jump when I first got here. I think today I ended up doing a total of 80 so that I am pumped about.

340, almost 100 more reps from October!! I almost became a member of the yak club...
