I OVE the handstand push-ups - very effective too!

Couldn't get the handstand pushups but will work on that for next time! 35# for the db snatch - Nice to see you so early, Neil!

This was the first time that I have ever considered leaving before the workout. I was seriously scared to do this, but I am so glad I stayed! It was awesome and I hope we see it again in the future. I didn't get a full handstand, but that is something to work towards! The snatches were not as scary as they looked if you got the movement down right.

That was FUN!! I love Tuesday workouts.
Top weight on the snatch was 1 rep at 105. I need to do some serious work on the HSPU. I got about 4 reps total on the pushups, and fell down too many times to remember.

Fun workout today. I always have trouble on the exercises that require coordination and strength. I could only get 85lbs on the snatch but I did it three times each arm. I hit a psychological barrier when I added more weight. The hand stand push-up weren't too bad though as long as you get to lean on the wall.

Kip up handstand? That's what I did;)
55 snatch

I should have watched the SAS video before coming this morning. I'm sure I would have been able lift way more...haha. I liked the HSPU, haven't tried those in a long time.

HSPU on bench --that's what I love about FZN, Neil always has an alternative way to do these so I can avoid putting my whole body weight on an arthritic hand! 30 lbs SAS--once with left, 4 times with right.

I liked the workout. The first set of push ups were weird. I couldn't get very far down on those but liked doing them. I could do 40 lbs. but couldn't get the 45 lbs. all the way up.

40 on snatch tried 45 couldn't get it.. HSPU were pretty fun..Sometimes I think Neil is crazy with some of these workouts he comes up with but I always end up loving them, I really should trust his crazyness by now!!

I loved this workout.
45 bb on snatch. I can't wait to do this workout again and try heavier weight.
HSPU were really cool. My arms are way tired!
Thanks.

HSPU's rock! Last time I tried them (2 yrs ago) I couldn't do them. No problem now! Turns out this FZN stuff works!
Damn proud of all who got inverted today! There is NO ego at the FZN. Makes it the best place in the world to workout and get healthy.
snatch =
5 - 85 R, 85 L
4 - 95 R, 95 L
3 - 105R, 105L
2 - 115R, 105L
1 - 125R, 105L

45, 45, 45, 55 (r), 45
10 Hand stand push-ups without wall, nope...not afraid of embarassing myself at FZN...fell all over the place. It was fun, though!!! One day I might do it a little more gracefully, but then again that isn't something I'm known for. :)

Snatch - 45 R, 35 L. Both my shoulders nearly dislocated a few times doing this - really limited how much weight I was able to do. Totally loved the HSPU!! One of my new favorites!

Pretty close to "naked tuesday" today, my gym shorts were hiked up/or down pretty good, and my shirt down around my pits, sorry to anybody around me! RX on HSPU, and maxed out both arms on SAS at 125 lbs. Hope your backs OK Meg!

I was a little scared of this workout reading up on it the night before but really ended up loving it!
I ended up snatching(sp?) 45 on left and right...
