Nice picture Mike. Love the socks. We didn't do that exercise because we are having trouble finding any weights and it didn't work so well with a band.

Dang, I forgot my high socks today. For some reason I thought Tuesday was the high sock day, but I didn't wear them yesterday either.
20:23 today. That was a tough one.
Being in the same class as Marci isn't good for one's ego. She finished about three full minutes before I did.

Wednesdays are always bad for me. Maybe I need to start wearing high socks. I'm not even going to post my time because they don't make clocks that go that high. I'll just give myself the title of "Finisher".

I think that we were all having all those emotion on Manimal day!! That being said I loved the Manimals!!(I can say that now that it is over!

Glad I'm not the only one dragging today. Was it all that "HAM?" (Still sore from yesterday.) Beats Manimals, though. At least I finished this workout: 30minutes, 24 seconds.

8 lb dumbell. I might could have gone heavier, but better safe than sorry.

I didn't think I could be more wasted than doing Thust O Rama, but this took me right to the edge of the YAK!! 24:07 w/53 lb kettle ball.

I still loathe burpees! I'd rather just do Thrust O Rama! Still sore from Monday so only 25 lbs on thrusters so could try to go low. 24:30

You know it's a hard workout when the burpees feel like a rest!! I hate hate hate thrusters! There is one thing that I have learned at FZN...just finish! Today was super hard but I finished and that is enough!

Why Meg...Why?
Last time we did this workout it was 10-15. It is MUCH harder form 15-20. I was spent after this workout with the nooners.
Time was 21:02 but I get to take a min off for starting the music and taking a question or two during the workout.
Made a perfect sweat angel in the middle of a herd of Yaks. But was able to resist the Yak.
Took 20 min or so to recover. Next time we name a workout after Meg...I'm not doing it! Crap, Yes I am.

Ya that was not fun! I didn't even RX it cuz I could not have a migraine today. 3 in 3 weeks is plenty! I had to do my last set of thrusters without any weight on the bar. That sucks! It's hard to always let Keri beat me! (JK Ker) Meg, thanks for the fun times!

That was seriously so hard. 23:51, but I don't think I did all the burpees...I always seem to lose count on those.

Had a great swim today, a little over a mile.
3X5 Clean and Jerks 105 lbs.
Thought I could hang with the workout after-feeling sooooo good-but after two rounds my shoulders were toast.
Hoping Santa brings me some awesome knee socks!
J did fabulous in front of the 8:45, love having her on the team!!!!!
