post reps and distances to comments

or, 

Go run 2 mi. for time.

Good workout and after everything that I ate yesterday a needed one. Didn't keep track of reps. Thanks Ashley for pushing me on the pull ups!! I need the encouragement.

Wasn't able to do the workout today, but I did a session of Burp-O-Rama at home tonight. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 20 minutes. Definitely hard, but nice to be back at it. Looking forward to next week!

Neil, if you read this - I think my son left his new DS at the gym today and was wondering if you have seen it?
