Stamina

Perform 3 sets of each exercise AFAP before moving to the next exercise.  Time each set and try to accomplish all three sets at or near the fastest time possible.  Rest precisely 1 min between each set.  

12 pullups

15 thrusters 45/65

18 pushups

21 situps

24 KB swings 25/35

My favorite thing that I have heard said in the last couple of months came from Lizz on the FitZone Nation Radio show last Saturday.  

She said, "I HATE New Year's resolutions."

I asked, "Why?"

15# DB thrusters & #8 pull downs - 21-18-15-12-9-6-3, about 15-18 minutes

Those burbees are killers but fun. I have gotten fitter.

I did a little run on Saturday without being overly short of breath. When ever I ran before I could barely run half a block without being short of breath. This time I did two blocks.

i have seen my upper body stength improve tremendously as well as my lower body strength.

I have lost just below 3lbs for the past two weeks. at one point my wait was fluctuating like my body did not know whether to release the fat or keep but it let it go.


Since I did not have to keep up with the videoes was enough for me to work out on my own time. I am a student and it takes to get into these workouts, but it was worth it. The pain was worth it. Each week pushes one to a different level of fitness that puts some bounce in you step. I trained barefooted by the way was that OK. I have more balance in terms of how my body carrys the weight. I did All these workout at home.

I missed Meg-inator last week and so I did that today.....for the love of all that is holy.....it kicked my rear-end!!!!!

I am not proud of my time 29:20 but I am proud that I finished.

Hoping I feel better for my bike ride tonight.

I liked this workout this morning. I really like sleeping in and not coming till the 8:45 class. After this week, I'll be back at 5:45 or 5:00. Rx+, I can't remember all of my times but this is close;

Lemon, that meg-inator was a killer. I'm actually looking forward to the next time we do it so I can try to better my time.

You must be a glutton for punishment to voluntarily do "Meg-inator".

Good workout. I liked everything but the thrusters. And I didn't get my times. Maybe next time.
