Three rounds of:
1 min Row (count calories)
1 min Wall Ball 10# f/ 14# m (count reps)
1 min Box Jump (count reps)
1 min High Sumo 45# f/ 65# m (count reps)
1 min OH DB press 15# f/ 20# m each hand (count reps)
Rest 1 min between each round.
The clock does NOT stop between exercises.
Count total reps - add to total calories (from rowers) and post total to comments.

Neil, Neil, Neil.....remember, I asked you to photoshop these pictures and put Andy's 225# weights in my hands! Actually, I am grateful for the modifications. I have been able to lose inches and pounds and am so much stronger than I have ever been in my adult life and am looking forward to having two legs again:) Thank you Neil, Lizz and Megan.

Alice you look so cute. I am glad that you are still at the gym. We miss you. We are still working out over here in Ghana and we also have to modify the workout but it is working for us. We both have dropped a little over ten pounds. Keep going Alice.

I did the early...early class today since I will not be able to make a class tonight. I started out strong, but faded towards the end. Sorry Meg for skipping out on the Rx plus. 120, 102, 87 = 309.

I pushed so hard in the first round, I lost steam for the next two. There was no way I was going to be able to handle 5 rounds. I did 12# on the OH the first round, and then 10# on the next two.

Knew I would only be able to do 12 lbs and 35 lbs. 120, 121, 116=357 did one bonus round over time for the last two 136 reps on that one for total of 493 in 4 rounds. Was just going to do a couple of the sections and just couldn't stop....

I love FGB; sorry to wuss out on the Rx+. First day back since the Kettle Bear Killers and messing my back up over the weekend so had to take it easy.
Looking forward to doing this again with all 5 rounds!

79, 96, 92 Tried to hit that 100 mark, but it didn't happen. Next time. On the first round, I did the high sumos with a 65# bar because that was what was available so I had a lower number. But then the next 2 rounds, only the 35# was available. Didn't want to lose time so just used it. Did #15 on all OH DB presses.
