I went 25 at first no problem, than 15. Than I had to break it into 10 reps at a time and break. Good workout, I need to keep my eye on form next time and make sure I touch floor twice every time.
10 minute run after.

Pretty sore after yesterday. With glutes being the largest muscle in the body, that makes for a lot of sore! Most of the sorenes was from yesterday, and the cumulative stress starting with the DL's. Great week! Pretty unbelievable Juliann, you might have mentioned your shoulder is injured? Nice job.
