Pile It On

Begin with an exercise listed below. 
After you have completed that exercise without pausing even once...rest precisely 30 seconds then,
Add 10 reps and do it again.
Continue adding 10 reps after resting only 30 seconds until you cannot continue with that exercise.
Then move to the next exercise.

30 squats
20 OH press 15/20
20 Ozzie pullups
50 situps

Post highest number of continuous reps for each exercise.

Holy Crap!!! Can't walk.
90+50 squats = 470 total squats
60+29 OH presses = 229
20+11 ozzies = 33
50+6 GHD Situps = 56
I think I spent too much time on the squats. 50 situps on that machine was KILLER!!!!
I need to work on ozzies without stoping.

40 OH presses

60 sit ups, 60 squats, 30 OH presses, 30 ozzies.

80 squats (legs are still FRIED from Saturday's workout)

*Attempted the presses and pull-ups, but couldn't finish the rest of the workout...shoulder too painful. So frustrated...

Squats -40 + 27 (I was surprised how strong I felt here)
Ozzie - 20 + 23
OH Press - (20lbs) 40+43
Sit Ups - 60 + 45

OH Press - 40+16

I was surprised at how much you use your legs with all of these exercises.

Aussie PU: 30
Squat: 90
OH Press: 40
Situps: 80

Kentucky Fried Quads. Felt really bad about only getting to a 20 max on the Aussies, but it looks like they were tough for alot of people. Great workout! Great to be back! I really missed it last week.

OH Presses - 37
Squats - 80

I think I need more than 4 hours of sleep at night.

OH Press: 70=270
Aussies: 20=20
Sit-ups: 50+21=71

Squats were a killer after last Saturday.

30 min run-easy 3.5 miles
80 Squats-got pulled away, would've liked to keep going.
25 GHD sit-ups-then to the floor to finish the 50, got to 60
Didn't get to do the OHP :(

Ozzie PU: 20 + 21, total: 41
Sit-ups: 50, 60, 70 + 25, total: 205
That was harder than I thought it would be!

Oops! I posted my numbers wrong earlier. Didn't realize it was continuous reps.
OH: 20, 30, 40, 50, 30 = 170
Squats: 30, 40, 50, 50 = 170
Situps: 50, 60, 70, 80 = 260
Ozzies: 20, 30, 20 = 70

Squats-100=520
Ozzie-20
Oh-30=50
Sit ups-100=420
wow, I really really loved this workout, I might not be able to walk the rest of the day but that is a small price to pay..

Well Hello Monday...
Squats 100 plus 70- 590 total
Situps- 50 on GHD( WHOA migraine) got to 80 gave in for time sake
OH- 40 with 20's
Ozzies-20 times up!!
Hated that I had to get a kid to school today, didn't feel like I "left it all there".

This took me over an hour to max out in all exercises. Worked on squats fo 25-30 minutes. Situps also took a while. This very difficult.
