I did yak this morning when I got home.

Today's workout was hard, but I found that I can do and excel at the AB Bridge Jacks, those are my new favorites.

4 rounds in 35 min.

28:41 rx-- got all the reps but had to scale (i.e wimp out on) the weight to do it. Last time we did this workout I thought it was just me. I'm glad to know it's not just me, it's just a tough workout! And glad I did it (now that it's done).

Juliann, you don't think you can do this workout in Spokane? All it would take is a couple of dumbbells and a ball....

My arms are still shaking and I finished 2 hours ago. 31:37 rx+. I need to be more disciplined about pushing myself through the different sets and not stopping so often for rests.
