18ish. Did the work out at the REC center. An older lady asked me while I was doing lunges if that is how I got such big legs!? Gee, thanks, I guess?

17:15. I liked doing this workout inside.

17:01. Ran outside in the dark and the cold with Jim, Andy, Stephen, Jon, Ryan and Paul (hope I didn't miss anyone!). Thanks for pushing me to stop whining and to just get my butt out there, even though I got lapped by Andy and Jim after the second round. Awesome.

Got five pull-ups in a row today - a PR!

Ran an additional 3.5 miles or so outside afterwards.

Day one of Burst Cycle? Rough, but I made it through.

15:54. A great workout for today. My arms and shoulders are pretty tired after this week. Running outside in the cold was refreshing.

I love run and lunge!!!!! One of my favorite workouts, feels just like getting ofF the bike and heading out of T2.

2 hour hill work on the bike. My legs are jello. But I feel great! Can't wait for next week.

Ran 5 and a half miles with Blake this morning. He runs fast. Thanks for pushing me. Juliann, how was your first day? You are awesome!!! Weekends were always my hardest on Burst Cycle. Keep going, you can do it.

Em, it was really hard because of course we went out to dinner with some friends, but I stayed TRUE to it. :) I think tomorrow will be the hardest because it's Sunday dinner at my parents...and seriously, there's more awesome food than you can imagine!

Completed in 18:03. First time I have done "the" Saturday workout.

15:57 Running outside was so nice. It was fun to run with my husband too (I hold him back though).

Yesterday we worked out with Neil and did Squats, OH, Pull-ups, and 100 situps.

This weeks weigh in was much better! This weeks diet is going to be really tough but we will watch it carefully and hopefully next Saturday will be just as good...well keep you posted
