trained w/Neil - heavy row pulls, tricep pulls 2-4-6-8-10; up the rack bicep curls (up to 30#) & shoulder pushes (up to 20#), 100 situps & back extensions.

1.5 mile in 14:40 did 1 round of Back extensions on GHD . Total time was 22:04 but that was with kids helping;)..
