5X Tabata

Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest of:

below parallel squats

Australian pullups

overhead barbell pushpress 35/65

double unders

sit-ups

there should be no rest between exercises

post reps completed for each exercise to comments

I had to modify this a bit because I'm at a hotel in Baltimore and they don't have the right stuff. I did the OH presses with dumb-bells, used their machine to try and mimic an ozzi pullup and sprinted on the treadmill in place of double unders (I've never liked those darn things anyway). It was a good workout. I look forward to being back with the group on Friday.

Hey Brian! We are practically neighbors. I flew into BWI and am staying in Dover, DE. I don't have any weights in my "fitness room" but I did get a jump-rope and found a place to do pull-ups, I just hope I don't break the fire sprinkler pipe!
