19:44 Tried to do almost all kipping pull-ups which kinda slowed me down. Then I did 100 HGD sit-ups touched both hands to the ground for 30. That was hard, thanks Wally. Congrats Troy on your muscle ups or whatever they are called. You are awesome.

Boot Camp, Day 1/Workout 1: 26:49 Rx. Same workout as indicated, but with an 800 m run instead of 400 m. SOOO excited about boot camp and the awesome group of people in it. Thanks, Matt, for sharing your inspiring story with us this morning!!

Jim, I think you have it backwards. Nothing like ruining good pull-ups and push-ups with a stupid run in the cold, dark, morning.

15:06. Did 15 pullups and 20 pushups each round. After the first round I was questioning my thinking but I was glad I stuck with it.
