Run to the 'B' and back
So far the hardest part was group counseling with Lou...that hurt :)
I am hungry, smelly, tired, and beat down. But still excited for the next few days. I am really liking where this is taking me. I think everyone else is feeling the same way.
Bootcamp day #1!
Posted workout with 800 m run. Ran ALL of the laps(no rowing for this girl), thanks Liz for running with me!
Did 1/2 of the "B" hike, 3000 m row. (So mad I didn't get this, next time that hill better watch out!)
45lb bb (4), 15lb db (12) 25 pullups.. 3 rounds
10 v ups, 20 tick tocks, 20 back ext .. 3 rounds
25lb oh (4), 20lb skull crushers (12), 25 bench dips.. 3 rounds!
Tired and hungry but SOOO proud of myself for making it through today! Thanks to all my "family" for pushing me so hard and making me feel good about myself! Day 2 here we come!

16:25 although I think I wrote 14:25 on the board. I was really dissy from running with this dang cold I don't think I knew what I was writing.

The Boot Camp is FRICKIN awesome! Am loving it. Am DAMN hungry. A little tired too.
