Citizen of "O.Z."

In groups of three, Citizens will perform 2 min of work, in each of the following 3 areas, continuously for 30 min:

Jump rope
Burpees
KB swings 25/35

Every 2 min each participant will rotate to a new exercise and continue the cumulative count.  

Post cumulative team and individual counts to comments.

And apologies to the group from whom we stole the smaller kettle bell; if I had realized we had two people who were going to use it, we would have changed the rotation around or used a dumbbell. Sorry to foul you up!

By the way, it was unanimous-our whole team hates burpees!

Nice Job team K.J.J.J! That was a little difficult to count, or maybe we didn't do it the right way. We did pretty good keepin track except for the jump rope.

Gotta fit in another hour on the bike somewhere. Hmmmm

I have to say....I really liked this workout. I think I was a little hyper this morning. But I loved it.

I wasn't able to keep count of everything seperately. I think in the end it 1580 but my count was so messed up I am really not sure! I loved the workout it was exhausting!
