That was a terrible and mean workout! It comes at you from everywhere and there is not ducking it. +30 minutes - I didn't finish until the next class had already started.

32:20 WOW! This was very difficult for me. The workout kicked my butt. YAK on the way home.

37:27, in September I got 41:45 in November I didn't finish in the 30 min time that was allowed...so yea for improvement and being able to finish!

This was brutal. I didn't push myself to do this for time, I pushed myself to finish and be able to walk out the door today, and back in tomorrrow. Also, I tripped on the 800 meter run and almost face planted. Luckily I caught myself on the mailbox (actually, it was more like I smashed into it) and still kept going. :D

I so want to be like Tara when I grow up. :) NICE, TARA!!

37:24 That was 2 minutes more than last time. That sucks! I do have a cold-does that count? Just plain wussy today-didn't have the drive that I needed! Glad I finished though.

25:20 RX today...I think we should do some more dang squats tomorrow, maybe a jump-squat-o-rama, That would be so fun, and my quads would enjoy it so much....(I had to edit all the f words out of that sentence)...Thanks Lizz!

Stopped at about 33 min. with one more set of squats, sit-ups and push-ups to do. Had to get the boy home for school. Just finished it--but had a nice big break before I did!

Thank you 7:15ers for arriving on time--I ran out of time to do burpees. Can't say I'm sad about that, but might not be able to navigate the stairs at work later. 37:25 to get 3 rounds plus the last set of situps before timing out (about the same as I got done the first time we did it, but about 4 minutes less time).

31:44 - I didn't finish this workout last time cuz Neil stopped us at 30 minutes. Looks like I wouldn't have finished it again! I hate Double Unders!!

I didn't think anything was as bad as the Meg-inator! This definately rivals it!

I think I'm glad that I'm going to miss this one (traveling back from MD). This is the hardest workout we do in my opinion. See everyone tomorrow.

I thought this one wasn't so bad until the last set, I wanted to DIE. I went home and flopped on the floor for 20 minutes to catch my breath.. Good Workout!

33:12 I don't remember what I got last time. Hard workout. Wifey, I think that I heard Ashley tell Neil that she hated him this morning so I'm not sure that everyone shares in the whole love thing.

34:25. I also heard Ashley and possibly myself tell Neil the same thing Ann just said! I think this is BY FAR the worst workout we do!

Great workout 32:10 and I have had the cough all day!!
