Trained with Neil today and we did a team workout. We had to do 5000m on the row machine...however the twist was that one person was in the plank position while the other person rowed. Once the plank person fell you had to switch places...it was a lot harder than it sounds!!!
Thanks Neil...I lost another 2lbs this week and am happy to see that I am still moving in the right direction

I wasn't recognized when I first walked into the gym. I had a great weigh in and lost another 5lbs but gained inches. I can't wait to look like I was 18 again!
Today's workout was like riding a bike for two. It was designed for us to work together but it didn't work out so well so we can't wait for Neil to get a relationship counselor on payroll so we can start using them next.
