Manimals

For time:

100 "man-imals" 25/45 (see photos below)

To perform one "man-imal" begin by dropping a weight 25f/45m on the floor.

Perform the beginning phase of a burpee on the weight.

On the "up" phase of your burpee pick up your weight and loft it over your head.

From this position, keep the weight lofted and perform a walking lunge step with each leg

Upon completion of the lunge steps, throw weight on the ground, jump over it,...

Turn around, and start over - that is ONCE.

30:43 all 100--last time only got 87 in about the same time.
I think this workout should be called Inigo Montoya.

Rest day for me (feeling major guilt about not pushin' through this with the 5:45 class today...). Leah (my favorite youngest sister!) - welcome to the YAK club!!

20:49 today, almost 6 min faster than last time but last time I did it at the Embassy Suites in Baltimore. Much funner doing it with a room full of other crazies.

trained w/Neil (w/Wes) - some kind of crazy workout - watch out people, it will show up someday soon. Ladders x2, 50 deep squats, 50 lunges, 3 laps, (20 V's, sprint to other end, 10 burpees)x3.

29:15, last time it took me well over 30 minutes.

I am really sad that my back is jacked right now! I like this one. I look foward to the next time we do this!

18:27 Rx. About 2 min faster than last time, but not any easier!

21:58 RX did not want to get out of bed. tomarrow won't be able to get out of bed. Unless tomarrows workout is a massage or a all you can eat chocolate covered bacon orama. It's good

Found out this morning I had carpool so had to leave early from the workout. Lost count but was 17 min. into the workout. Next time I will be ready to conquer!

I am sitting here reading this at 11:55. I'm in trouble! I could list all of my excuses but I know they won't mean anything! Does it count if I do it at home on my own? Crap!

13 MINUTES MAN ARMS??? Dave does she do these work outs twice a day? Sorry to bring back an old verbiage but that's just SICK and WRONG! FYI - That is averaging 1 every 7.8 seconds compared to an AMAZING 11 second average (Troy)!! Neil do some people not experience plateau's? Even if I could go psycho with every work out I don't think I would see those type of results! Honestly, I am just WAY jealous!! I just hope someday I get man arms too!

What makes you different for Crossfit?

Last night I was cursing your name Neil. This week has been a killer for me. I haven't been this sore since when I started FZN. I pushed through this HELLISH workout and finished in 20:55. That was over 2 minutes faster than last time. How the hell Court do you finish in 13 minutes?
