This killed me this morning. 20:56, That's 24 seconds slower than last time.

19:44 RX! Great one this morning after the 1st round I couldn't feel how sore my quads still were (well, are) from Monday. It felt so good that it gave me the energy to finish strong. Thanks Brian!!!

23:05 Rx - Thrusters (and burpees) really burn me out! Juliann you are a freak of nature! This one is tough, but I love it! And Meg, I don't really think you are evil. Can't remember my time from last one, but I feel like I did that much better than before.

1 mile warm-up run, 3 mile run after.

24:47 Should have known this was coming, as the blisters from last time had just healed (from thrusters).

MUCH worse than anticipated, that was a killer. Day 3 of burst- thought I was gonna puke. Feeling better now! 25:32.

24:09 I couldn't breath before I started and now I feel like I'm going to die. Thanks for the great workout, I needed the motivation today. Its hard to push when you don't feel good but everyone at FZN is great!
