I shouldn't have read what the workout was going to be the night before...I had nightmares about it all night and anxiety this morning. Don't remember my time last time we did this.
30:40, 25/45 - was hoping to get under 30min, but there's always next time.

Time was 29:47 which was 5 min slower than last time, but I didn't do all the thrusters last time and this time did every rep!

20:36, way worse than last time, but I think I may have left out a round last time, it is hard counting when you are in so much pain!! Neil, hope your back feels better, sorry I did not see you laying on the ground, you were wearing all black and blended in with the ground!

31:08 There comes a point in this workout when time means nothing! It's all about just finishing!

Last time we did this: 23:54 Rx. Today: 18:12 Rx. Apparently I had some excess rage to try and release today...

Very impressed with everyone's efforts today. Jim, I'll be honest, it feels damn good to be able to lap you at FitZone, because you lap me in everything else (running, swimming, biking, etc.)!!!

Looking forward to my second 2000 calorie day tomorrow since being on Burst Cycle. I've been fantasizing about 2000 calories for three days straight. :)

21:16 RX+, used 35# 2 rounds. I hate the Meg-inator! I said it last time, and I still say it, this is the hardest workout I've ever done! Exactly the same time as last time to the second! Weird... but at least I wasn't slower, especially because I'm still so sore from Monday, I can hardly walk.

Court, chocolate covered bacon???? What the... Just thinking about that is almost enough to make me yak.

35# was on the KB, used 45# on thrusters.

19:55 rx SUPER SORE! Finished this damn workout 2:10 faster. Hope I can move tomorrow. No RX plus attempt today just wanted to finish. Need to take the challenge next time.

The word from the "Wizard" is that he was the creator of this workout and then named it after Meg becuase she is so awesome (which is totally true)...so I don't hold any ill feeling toward you at all Meg!!

24:41RX I was slower today than last time but felt better doing the workout so whatever that means (which I am going to pretend means that my squats were deeper!)

about 28:00. I was happy because the last time I did this workout the 45 lbs for the Thrusters was not doable. I did about 15 of the reps with 35 lbs and the rest 45 lbs.

25mins. Did not like this workout at 6:30am

Pulling is deadlifting dumbass! Why do I expect better from you???

21:32 i sorta rx+ed. i did 65lbs. for 2 rounds and used the 35lb. kb the whole time. still SO sore from monday. felt very sluggish.

oh, and i left my wedding ring at the 6:30 class, so PLEASE someone, keep it safe for me! this was a christmas replacement ring for my origional ring i lost two years ago. i couldn't bear to let my husband think i had lost it again!!!

Crazy workout... Rx+! Each set of thrusters @ 65 lbs. and each set of KB's @ 35 ilbs.

24:12 for rounds 15-18 only.
I did 45#/25# on the first round, then had to scale down so I could keep going without so many breaks. I dropped to 35#/18# for 16-18. :)

Brutal...36:44.
In the middle I didn't think I could make it...pushed through it.
