Power Squat Cleanapalooza

With a continuously running clock do one power squat clean 95/45 the first minute, two power squat cleans the second minute, three power squat cleans the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

I wouldn't slack on this workout today.  I'm just sayin'...

Damn the Pain!     

According to the journal NeroReport, dropping and F-bomb or two could make your workout hurt a lot less.  Researchers had students plunge their hands into ice water twice, once while cursing and once saying a neutral word.  When swearing, they withstood the deep freeze for about 30% longer and felt roughly 50% less pain.  

What has that got to do with today's workout? Nothing.  Absolutely NOTHING.  I just thought you might appreciate this little hunk of scientific trivia.  :)

I guess the rest of us missed out on the "BIG" undies...is that a good thing or a bad thing?
