Dear team,
neil posted my kip, and now that I can do a kip(very happy) I have also noticed that I am hanging there with a fat bum! So please, anyone who sees me at the gym.......don't say good morning jackie- say hi! fat bum! That just may be the motivation I need to eat right. As we are a community, that is the least you could all do for me.(I would do it for you!)

Jacki Way to go with getting your KIP on! Amazing! Sorry I wont call you fat bum! I don't believe in negative reinforcement:( It will cause more negative feelings. Start calling yourself what you want to be known for:) One thing that works for me is the burst cycle and a picture of what I want to look like always on my mind. Maybe even on the fridge, pantry, secret stash areas:) Also when you are trying to "lose weight" call it "releasing weight" our minds r very powerful. They want to find what is lost and will look for a way to bring it back. Just release it:) You are looking awesome:)

My shoulder were actually cramping after the overheads and the run after made it worse unless I ran like a child....does anybody remember Pheobe from friends that would run like a kid becuase it made the run funner...it totally works

I totally blew the count so I really don't have any #'s to post........ still getting over the chest congestion from the DAMN COLD!! Great workout though!! Ran outside 1st 400 then had to finish the other 3 on the treadmill..... frustrating!! hopefully normal breathing will return sometime sooooooooooon!!!! Might meet the YAK club sooner than I realize.........lol
