Seems like every time we do a workout like this...someone rams a bar into their own face. You should know...you COULD hypothetically lose a tooth while doing these workouts, right Mike? Let's be careful out there!
BTW Mike did NOT ram a bar into his face. He said he wasn't sure what happened here.

Did regular clean & jerks today (no one-armed movements allowed yet).
95-95-105-105-105-115. 115 was a PR for me today.

25,35,45,45,50,50.
I barely made the 50's with my left arm. I really liked this workout - even if I have a bruise on my shoulder, and my hands are red and raw. :)

Started at 25 but too light...Lizz said not to count it until it was heavy. Used the lightest round to figure out the movement and then added weight. Figure that I better stay ahead of my ten-year old or he might not think I can tell him to clean his room! This was a fun one to do with him. Good job Ry!

25, 35, 35/45, 45, 45, 45 - This was tough on my elbow and I'm not sure why...I've never had elbow problems. At any rate, this was fun and a good challenge!

I still maintain that Johnny Cash is NOT a good singer. The fight goes on...

Love Johnny Cash! Got to 50 lbs. and couldn't get that darn 55 lbs. up.

Reasons today's workout was like a 7th grade dance:
1. Boys were on one side of the room/girls on the other
2. It was awkward and uncomfortable
3. Lizz kept walking through everyone telling us to scoot further away from each other.
That being said...MY SHOULDER IS HASHED!!
45-55-75-75-75-80(so close to locking)
Thanks Lizz

7th grade dance, that's a good comparison - got a lot more sweaty today than at a dance though.
65-75-85-95-105-105
I tried to keep up with Troy but just couldn't do it.
I like the man in black

Juliann -- 115 is awesome. I can't wait for the day when I can C&J more than my body weight too.

45, 45, 50, 55, tried 60 couldn't get it locked. Today was one of those day where you just feel off...I loved the workout but couldn't get it to flow for me. Walked away super frustrated!!

I like the 7th grade dance comparison, but I definitely wasn't horney during this workout.
65-75-85-95-105-115
Close, but didn't lock 115 on the right and failed on the left. - So Brian you did keep up! :)

25,35,45,45,50,50. Left side failed on the last 50, I was so close I decided to count it.

Just like the 7th grade - only got half way and left frustrated.

10 x 200 sprints, 1 mile Warm-up/Cool-down
60 pull-ups (fairly strict)
100 - DU's
Love the man in black. He is a lousy singer.

60#x6 same
60#x4 right only
