180 at gym, 20 in living room. So, I'll call it RX

Finally a workout this week that allowed me to keep up with Jim, Kerry and Russ. Next time, maybe try 13-15 burbees/min. I've lost 2sec/day on my mile since Wed. 6:50 today.

Rx. Lemon wanted the 5 A.m.ers to really work so she had us do 3 extra rounds. I guess waking up pre-5am isn't punishment enough for us.
I needed the extra 3 rounds, so I'm very grateful.

Rx. Freaking LOVE burp-o-rama!!! Did the mile, not sure in what time, but it did indeed happen.

Rx. Burp.
Hard, but much easier than last time.
Ran a mile. Way to kick it Brian.

Brian - I wish I had only lost 2 sec/day on my mile - You are the man! 10 burpees in 23 sec everytime.
I was just happy to finish the mile after Burp O Rama

No kidding, Dave. Mile run after burp-o-freakin-rama? I did it-thanks Ryan for helping me out with that. It is much easier to run down the street 1/2 mile and back then to pass the door (that I could so easily go into and not finish!) 3 times!
RX and didn't time the run.

I loved today! What great energy there is at ozone! Thanks Lizz, you know I miss you any day I don't see you! Celest~best workout partner ever! Ran my mile. :)

Rx'd. Finished every round but 1 or 2 in the middle in 20-22 sec.
Unlike Brian, I'm thinking of doing less burpees per round next time. NOT MORE! :)
Judy, where were you??? I know you LOVE burpees! haha

Great energy is right at ozone! How about no energy after burp-o-rama? Probably the only o-rama I don't mind too much. Hope to see everyone tomorrow at the fund raiser!

Hey Troy, I started to wish you all luck last night but decided not to be the wet blanket before everyone had suffered. I figured 30 min on the exercise bike was far preferable--pretty much anything would have been preferable! Now that you have suffered you can have your afternoon doughnut without (too much) guilt (just don't tell the Wiz).

Will be there on Saturday--guess I'll have to take a chance that burpees twice in one week is enough!
Posted by: Judy B | 03/12/2010 at 10:53 AM
I DID IT NEIL! 200 burpees with four seconds to spare.
Previously 185 (12/17), 148 (10/29). Improvement indeed. :)

In the great city of st george. Ran 6 miles 8:09minute miles. Felt so great. Feeling guilty about not doing burp o rama. I am going to challenge my friends to do it later after work. Missed the energy today.

Burp-o-Rama is really growing on me! Rx
mile-10:30

1.38 miles about 14 min. (my clock got interupted during a phone call timer was 13:20 when I ended so I added 40 sec..)
RX burp-o-rama after round 2 I thought I wasn't going to make it. Running before was a bad idea, but then again I don't think I could have made it running if I would have gone after.

RX (23 rounds...not on purpose...)It's truly remarkable that people actually show up for the 5am class...and then keep coming :)
2 1/2 miles on the bike yesterday.

RX'd the burp o rama.
ran 2 to 2 1\2 miles. I worked out from home because my little girl is sick. I just kept running around the block so I could keep checking in on her....I thought the block was shorter than it was. I missed yesterday so maybe this helped to make up for it a bit....
