This is our benchmark workout: (compare times to Oct 11)

My "SuperFits" can do this in under 20 min. 

For time:

1 mile run
150 squats
75 pushups
50 pullups

Post time to comments.

All movements can be partitioned but the run.

RyanL, way to go! That's quite an accomplishment.
13:28. That's a 7 sec. slower than in Oct. but I'll take it today. I need to start doing more running.

14:26 RX I really need to work on my pull-ups. Mile was 6:42.

18:15 Rx...I'm finally an official FitZoner! That took 2:12 off my last time. I guess all my running on the treadmill this winter has paid off!

Today I got it in 22:25 that is a personal BEST!
Last time I got it in little over 26 minutes...
I didn't RX it, but maybe next time.

14:20 Rx - Good baseline. Blistered hands were a slight poblem, but not too bad.

20:32- That was rough! I struggled. Had a hard time with the run... have been hacking all morning! Last time I did this in 19:40. A little rusty today!
