trained w/Neil - did Sat workout - run 400m, 25 kb swing, row 500m, 25 kb swing x3

I don't remember my time for the workout, I think it was 15 something (185 DL, 35 thrusters). 7:17 on the mile.

Didn't do deadlifts but did squats with "Big Papa" kettle bell. RX weight on thrusters, 10:35. Lung burner!

Ran 4 miles before O.Zone workout (8:33 1st mile). NOT GOOD! Deadlifts were harder than usual! Could not even lift my body weight once today. Not that I can ever lift my body weight many reps anyway, but last time I at least got a few reps.

1st round 115 then I realized I would be hear all day because thats heavy;) dropped down to 75 because I don't know how to count and couldn't figure out what bar was about 90lbs..
