this was a fun workout - 29:55. walked on the treadmill which made it slower, won't do that again!

18:23 Rx - the overhead thing was hard as I could not for the life of me keep my elbows locked out over my head! Very tough. Definite lung burner.

Truthfully, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but of course I say that now that it's over. 31:15 - I swear I always finish last when we run. I did not run the mile after, it was all I could do to get myself to do the workout. The OH was definitely the hardest for the weighted laps.

So the slow old tortoise finished Lemon in 30:28. I think I agree with Dave.
Congrats or condolences to all the overachievers who did the 5K plus this morning! Personally, my aching hips are taking the Wiz at his word, literally: "O.Z Challenge: We challenge you to run 1 mile per day for 6 days this week" (not one extra mile, just one mile). 2 miles this morning was enough for me for the day.

Is your goal to kill us? Stupid question of course it is your goal!

This was fun, are you people crazy? We looked like scene from Monte python carrying those plates around. "bring out your dead". 21:30. Rx. And 7:30 mile. My 12 year old beat me on both. I must be old.
