55# for all 50. Don't feel too bad about that weight; in October that was about AHAP for a set of 3. Mile in 11:45 (slower than my last Fitzoner time but this was after the workout).

Ran 6 miles with Blake this morning did 8:44s. I did not like any of it. It is wierd that somedays you are crusin' and loving every minute of a run and then there are somedays that you wish you would have a heart attack and die so you didn't have to run another step. Anyone know why that is???????

12:04 mile tonight. Legs are so sore and tired from today. Basically crawled the last little bit home.

Em - I don't know why anyone would ever love or even like running! I do on the other hand know the feeling of wishing I were dead instead of running.

My sentiments exactly!

Neil, why did you have to start this challenge with 6 days? Why not start with 3 or 4 days and work our way up! First day 9:15 and kept up with Keri the 2nd day (didn't watch the clock). I love to run!!! (Very sarcastic!)
