Complete 5 rounds of the following:

10 OH DB shoulder press AHAP
30 wall ball throws 10/14 - for time
10 OH triceps French press AHAP
25 burpees - for time

I agree with Russ, maybe the toughest workout I can ever remember. Totally spent, and it took me into the 6:30 class to finish. At least I could demo the wall ball....son of a......

This may have been the hardest workout I've ever done. At least in a very long time. WOW. On the FLOOR after this one!

Very tough, I still think Fitzoner's Revenge is harder, at least for me.

HOLY CRAP. Tough workout. I had to lay in bed for 20 mins after to finally chill and catch my breath!

This workout is right up there with Fitzoner's Revenge. Suck

I'm with Dave, I was just in it to finish this one this morning. I didn't keep track of my time. I know that it sucked every second I was doing it though.

Burpees: ~2:00/set. How is under 1:00 for 25 burps possible? There was some amazing performance in the 5:45 class today.

Brian! Way to negative split your wall ball and hit a low time on your 4th set of burpees! I looked over and was wondering what you had for breakfast. Nice job Juliann too, you kicked it in the pants today!

I think that's the closest i've been to throwing up after a workout. Noticing my arms are getting stronger on the OH, my right arm is finally almost caught up to my left in strength.

I only did 4 rounds because well the kids had other plans then to let me work out. I wrote my time on the board but it was slow whatever it was. Megan I forgot to clean the windows I will tomorrow morning if its not done already, sorry!
