Slow today. Have I mentioned how much I hate changing to daylight savings time? Very hard on a night owl (and I think on everyone else too).

Did yesterdays workout today. I have to run 14 miles in the morning and I ran 8 yesterday, so I didn't think Lunges were a good idea. So my stats were:
OH press: #60 all 5 rounds
Wall Ball times: 1:50, 1:30, 1:13, 1:12, 1:23
Tri French Presses: #30 all 5 rounds
Burpees: 2:00, 1:49, 1:50, 1:47, 1:40
That kicked my butt, but I love workouts like that!

17:50. This was my first workout at FitZone! I still haven't quite forgiven Megan for that one, even though she warned me . . . how I feel tomorrow will be the real test of how much stronger I have become!

17:11 Lunges are harder without using your hands. Big bruises on the knees. Slower than the last time but that is because I had Brian breathing down my neck in Jan.

18:29 2 minutes slower than the last few times. My legs are really sore and fatigued from the workouts this week. The running was not the hard part, but those damn lunges about killed me.
